64 Yoginis Mandir

64 Yoginis Mandir

With the grace of the Devine Mother Bhuvaneswari, a sacred resolution has been made to construct a mandir for the 64 Yogini deities at the Bhuvaneswari Temple in Madanapalle. For this purpose, the idols of the 64 Yogini Deities are being sculpted from black stone (Krishna Sila) at Bhubaneswar, Orissa.

The plan is to construct the Yogini mandir in a circular design, similar to the one in Hirapur, and to install these deities there.

In the Bhuvaneshwari Temple at Madanapalle, a Mahameru Mandir has already been constructed. In that Mandir, it was envisioned—through divine grace—to install the idol of Goddess Bhuvaneshwari, who is one of the Dasa Mahavidyas. Many efforts are underway in this direction.

This grand endeavour is rare and is unparalleled anywhere else in the world.  It is our sincere hope that everyone contributes their part to bring this divine task to completion, for it will be a source of universal welfare.

The construction of the Yogini mandir will manifest the various forms of Yogini Shaktis. These infinite cosmic energies, will, by their influence, eliminate calamities, anxieties, planetary afflictions and fears in the country. Humanity will receive divine protection, blessings, health, wealth, and prosperity. Peace and tranquillity will flourish on Earth.

Such a Yogini mandir is of great importance. Previously, two mandirs were built in the state of Orissa and two in Madhya Pradesh about thousand years ago by great kings. Subsequently, during the rule of the Mughals, Aurangzeb caused the destruction of these mandir, and all were ruined. Today, there is no proper mandir of this kind anywhere in India.

To construct such a mandir is truly a divine mission, made possible only by the blessings and compassionate vision of the Devine Mother herself. It is impossible for it to be built by ordinary human beings. This is a task that the Goddess herself has undertaken with her eternal grace.

It is the responsibility and duty of everyone to joyfully and devotedly cooperate in every way to make the Goddess’s work a grand success and to make the 64 Yogini Mahashaktis in this temple beneficial to the entire world.

This is not merely a temple—it is a Maha Shakti Peetha, a supreme spiritual power centre. It will become the very foundation for endless creation. Through this mandir the Earth will become fertile, prosperous, and peaceful.
